2025 is shaping up to be the year of AI agents smart, autonomous systems that can make decisions and take action without constant human input. They’re not just chatbots; they’re capable of handling tasks from research to customer support to automation. But how do you actually use them in your business?

Here’s how to get started:

✅ Identify the problem first:

Before diving into AI, figure out what’s slowing your business down. Is it slow customer service? Tedious manual tasks? Messy workflows? AI should solve a problem, not just add another tool to the pile.

✅ Pick the right AI agent:
